The answer line
The dashboard opens with one sentence at the top: the answer line. It says, in words, where the project stands and whether anything is waiting on you. Read it first; the rest of the page is the detail behind it.
The dashboard shows what the project's analyses and its journal already recorded. It works nothing out for itself, so a figure here always matches the same figure in Assure.
The score ring and the tiles
The ring shows the standard score of the project's current model, with its band in words. A model that has not been analysed is not scored: the ring draws nothing and shows no number, never a zero.
Beside it are four tiles: Models, Open problems, Needs you and Uploads. Each tile's second line is an answer about the project, and each tile takes you to the card that explains it.
Choosing the project
The dashboard shows one project at a time. The project picker in the top bar, on the right, names the project you are in; open it to choose another. The picker appears on every signed-in page once you belong to a project.
When you open the dashboard without choosing, it picks your most recently active project and keeps to it, so the board does not switch under you when someone works in another project.
Cards
The board is made of cards, and each card answers one question. Needs you: what is waiting on me in this project? What changed since: what is different since I last looked? Model health: where do this project's models stand? Recent models: what has moved, and how do I get to it? Recent activity: what has been happening here? Across your projects: how do all my projects stand? Standard score over time: is this getting better? Where the rework is: which rule is costing the most? Checks without results: what was not checked?
A card only shows what your role in the project allows you to see. A card that covers several projects shows the ones you are a member of, and says so when that is fewer than the card was published with.
When a card has nothing to show, it says why, in its own words, instead of showing a zero.
Your board and the team board
A new board starts with six cards. You can change your own copy without affecting anyone else. Open a card's menu to Move up, Move down, Change width or Remove from my board. Press Add a card to open the card library and add one you do not have yet; a card you added is marked Yours.
Each change is saved as you make it. Removing a card offers Undo.
If the project has a team board, the bar above the board names it. Differs from the team board appears when your board has changes of your own, and Reset to the team board discards them. If no team board has been published, the bar says the board is the default.
Publishing the team board
A project owner can publish their board as the team board for the project. Press Publish to the team, give the board a name and a reason, and publish. The reason is recorded in the project journal with your name.
Every member then starts from that board. Each member keeps their own additions and removals. Publishing again makes a new version, and members are told quietly that the team board was republished and that their own cards are kept.
